Orthopedic Physical Therapy
These sessions are focused on reducing pain while reducing the risk of recurrent injury. These sessions are 60 minutes of one on one time with your therapist. Each session will be tailored to that specific individual with manual and corrective exercise components.
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
These sessions are focused on reducing pelvic pain, correcting diastasis recti, reducing leaking with activity and reducing pain with sexual activity. These sessions are 60 minutes of one on one time with your therapist and may or may not include an internal exam. Each session will be tailored to that specific individual with manual and corrective exercise components.
Pregnancy and Postpartum Care
This service is a 60-minute session for women during pregnancy focusing on birth preparation, safe exercise during pregnancy, as well as guidance for postpartum women on safe return to movement and exercise including high-level tasks like running and weight lifting.
Strength Training
This is a 60-minute weightlifting session for beginner or advanced lifters. This is a great option for someone who wants feedback on their form, advice on lifts specific to their goals or for those wanting to learn the foundation of how to strength train.
Remote Consultations
This is a 60-minute virtual wellness-based service where we dive into your history and goals. We will make a custom plan specific to your needs and have check-ins as needed. This is great for anyone located outside of Houston.
