We are here to guide you and empower you. We are here to show you how you can keep moving with pain and how that movement can then help reduce your pain. We have heard story after story from our patients that they saw a healthcare provider and they were told to stop doing x, y, or z. They were never told what they can do. They left with no additional knowledge and unfortunately oftentimes, more fear. You won’t find that here.

Physical Therapy should not look the same for everyone. Unfortunately, if you Google your symptoms and come up with a diagnosis, it will often tell you to do a few lifts that are not specific to you at all. Most of the time, you will find a lot of information that is more harmful than helpful.

In a profession where we are dealing with unique individuals, the approach to that care should be unique.You are not a textbook. You deserve an individualized approach to care that encompasses a plan to reach your goals.
